ABBEY GRAMMAR CELEBRATE THE BICENTENARY OF THE FOUNDATION OF THE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS WITH A MASS FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL IN THE CATHEDRAL.

Mr Dermot McGovern, Headmaster of the Abbey Christian Brothers’ thanks Bishop John McAreavey for celebrating the Mass for the Bicentenary of the foundation of the Christian Brothers’ in the Cathedral. Also included is Br J O’Mahony, Head of the Christian Brothers’ Community in Newry, Br L Kelly, Chairman of the Board of Governors, Mr Val Kane Vice- Principal, Sr A Lyng School Chaplain, Canon A Hamill Administrator, Mr A Morgan Board of Governors, Mr M Brady Board of Governors.
